Step 1: Submit Your Application Begin by completing our online application form with your child's basic information, academic history, and any special requirements. We accept applications year-round, though spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis for each grade level.
Step 2: Document Submission Upload required documents including previous academic records, birth certificate, passport-size photographs, and any relevant medical or learning support documentation. Our digital submission process makes this quick and convenient.
Step 3: Assessment and Interview Depending on the grade level, students may participate in an age-appropriate assessment to help us understand their current academic level and learning needs. We also schedule a friendly interview with parents and students to discuss expectations, goals, and how EdQuest can best support your child's educational journey.
Step 4: Admission Decision Our admissions team reviews applications holistically, considering academic potential, character, and fit with our school community. You'll receive a decision within 5-7 business days of completing all requirements.
Step 5: Enrollment and Onboarding Once accepted, families complete enrollment paperwork and attend our comprehensive orientation program. We'll set up your child's digital learning account, provide access to our ebook library, and ensure a smooth transition into the EdQuest community.
Rolling Admissions We understand that families' needs vary, so we maintain rolling admissions throughout the year. However, we encourage early application to secure your preferred start date and grade placement.
