Our new school portal is on its way
We are building one secure school portal for parents, students and teachers. Parents will follow their child’s learning, progress, messages and fees; students will see their timetable, homework and reports; and teachers will plan, assess and report in one place. It is not open yet: we are testing it carefully and will roll it out in stages, inviting each group as its part is ready.
- 1Parents: what your child learned each lesson, report cards, homework, messages, fees and trip consent
- 2Students: today’s lessons, your timetable, homework, report cards and school announcements
- 3Teachers: tests and worksheets at five levels, lesson planning, report cards, attendance and homework
- 4Secure sign-in, designed around Malaysia’s PDPA
- 5Works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer
Please note: the portal is still being built and tested, so nothing on this page is available to parents, students or teachers yet. We will not ask anyone to sign up anywhere. When access is ready, the school will invite you directly: parents by email to the address we hold for you, students through their school Google account, and teachers through the staff team. Items marked Planned are next on our list and are still to be built.
For parents
Follow your child’s learning and progress, talk to their teachers and take care of fees and forms, all in one place.
Learning
Know what your child is learning, and how they are being stretched and supported.
“What my child learned”
No more “What did you do at school today?” … “Nothing.” After each lesson, the teacher marks it as taught and writes a short note for parents about what the class covered. You will see these notes for each of your children, newest week first.
- Lessons grouped week by week, with the date, subject and teacher
- Filter by subject to follow one area closely
- Any homework set for that lesson, shown alongside
- A link to message the teacher if you have a question
- You only ever see your own children’s classes
Work pitched at the right level
Our teachers will be able to create tests, worksheets and quick quizzes at five levels of difficulty, and make an easier or harder version of the same paper in a click. That means a child who needs more support and a child who is ready for a stretch can work on the same topic, each at the right level. Every paper is checked and approved by a teacher before it is used.
Lessons planned across the year
Teachers will plan each subject term by term, laid out against the school calendar so holidays and exam weeks are taken into account. The plan will track which parts of the IGCSE and Cambridge syllabus have been covered and what is still to come, so nothing is missed. AI can help draft lesson plans, but teachers edit and check every plan, and the school reviews them. Plans can be exported as PDF or Word documents.
Homework, all in one list
See what is due, what is overdue and what is done for each child, with the teacher’s feedback. You or your child can tick homework off as done and leave a short note for the teacher.

A note on payments: the portal will always remind you that the school will never ask you to pay into any other account. If you ever receive different payment details, please do not pay; check with the school office first.
Safety and privacy
Your child’s wellbeing and your family’s information come first.

Common questions
Can I use the portal now?
Not yet. The portal is still being built and tested. The school will invite parents, students and teachers as each part is ready, so there is nothing you need to do for now.
Do I need to download an app?
No. The portal opens in the web browser on your phone, tablet or computer.
Will my child’s information be safe?
Yes, this has been a priority from the start. You will only ever see your own children’s information, and access to records is logged.
How will students sign in?
With their school Google account. Students only see their own timetable, homework, reports and school notices.
Which email address will you use?
The one the school holds for you. If you have changed your email address recently, please let the office know on WhatsApp.
